Training Squads

At Shaikhit we run Training Squads known as 'Bootcamp' to those who participate in our large squads. Our Training Squads include a combination of tactical & technical work as well as movement, fitness & speed training all specific to squash, implemented through a number of drills, games and activities designed to improve you in a fun, social environment.

ST Squads

Who We Train
Our Shaikhit Training (ST) squads run for 90 minutes and are capped at nine people per session with two coaches always at hand to make sure that you get the support and push that you need. Any level is welcome as we match you with players of similar standard and ability in training sessions. All you'll need to bring is your normal squash playing gear and a shaker if you'd like a complimentary protein shake after each session.

  • Upfront 10 Packs are available for members only at a reduced rate of $200

Ladies Squads

Ladies squad sessions run twice weekly on a Thursday night and Sunday afternoon. Any standard can participate and sessions are set accordingly. 

  • 1 Hour Standard Session
  • Capped at 9 people
  • State of the art equipment
  • Protein Shake
  • $20 per session ($25 for non-members)
  • Upfront 10 Packs at a reduced rate of $175

FMS Squads

We run specific Fitness, Movement & Speed (FMS) squads to help improve your squash game. We run squads for those who think a brisk walk is as much as they can handle, those who need that extra push and those of you who really want to hone your FMS skills.

  • 1 Hour Standard Session
  • 4 - 12 people per session
  • State of the art equipment
  • Protein Shake
  • $15 p.p
